Yes. All our supplements are manufactured in the UK under GMP and ISO 9001 standards. They’re also packaged and shipped from the UK.

How long before I notice my supplements working?

We’ll send you an order confirmation email and a tracking confirmation when it ships.

How much is shipping?

Della offers FREE shipping on orders over £32!

All orders ship within one business day via from our UK warehouse. 

Orders typically take 3-5 business days to be delivered.

What is your money-back guarantee and return policy?

It’s important to us that our customers are happy, so your purchase is covered by our 60 day money-back guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can contact us within 60 days of your first order to initiate the process of receiving a refund for your original order.

When will I get my package? 

We use Royal Mail postal service which will deliver your package directly to your door within 2-4 business days.

If you are not in to receive your order, please leave a note on your door for the postman to leave it with a neighbour or look for the Royal Mail “Not able to deliver” note and contact them ASAP for re-delivery, or the parcel will be sent back to us after 5 business days.


How do I update my address?

Once signed into your account, select “Manage Subscription”.

Now that you are viewing your subscription, select “Billing Information” and update you address.

Make sure your changes are saved!

How do I manage my auto-ship renewal date?

Once signed into your account, select “Manage Subscription”.

Select "edit", then "change next charge date".

Be sure to double check the "delivery schedule" tab to make sure everything looks right.

How do I cancel my auto-ship subscription?

Once signed into your account, select “Manage Subscription”.

Select "cancel", choose your reason for cancellation, and finish by selecting "cancel my subscription".

You will receive a confirmation email when you successfully cancel your subscription.
